I machined a 2" ALU bar stock into a bearing cup to mount a small flange bearing - also obtained from Outwater. Also cut a small rubber piece as a shock absorber to go between the new caster and the cup. The cup was machined for a very snug fit inside the tapered nylon caster housing.
