At this point, I'm still not sure how much stretch I'm getting. Considerably more at 350 than 300, though, so I decided to try something else.

I didn't want to waste any more plastic than I had to, so I went with thin strips, and tried for a more dramatic stretch.

Turned the heat back to 300 to look for differences. You can see a very slight sag on the far right. The wire had made very minor marks on the bigger pieces at 350.

It's very faint, but you can make out how the marks at the lip of the bottle are apparent in the stretched plastic.

Still don't think we know enough from what I tried. You CAN stretch it with a toaster oven. I would need a different form, and you can't go very big. I could've gone 100 degrees hotter. For this job, I'll probably pull out the gun for corections.
